Catalyze and Health Valley announce strategic partnership to bring innovations to patients faster

Amsterdam, 30 January 2019

Catalyze – a market leader in obtaining funding for life science innovations – joins forces with the healthcare innovation network Health Valley, in a strategic partnership aimed at bringing innovations to patients faster.

Health Valley is the largest network of healthcare innovations in the Netherlands. Within the Health Valley network, companies, healthcare organizations, knowledge institutions and governments meet and strengthen each other to accelerate innovations to the patient.

The strategic partnership strengthens the Health Valley network with the Catalyze expertise in non-dilutive funding. Furthermore, both parties benefit by expanding their life science networks, offering companies and institutions a wider range of opportunities. Ultimately, this means better access to European, international and Dutch national funding.

Kirsten van Benthem, Commercial Manager of Catalyze, tells us about the partnership:

“This partnership brings us the opportunity to create synergy by bringing together Health Valley’s network and Catalyze’s Expertise. By defining a long term funding strategy and taking care of fundraising, we enable our clients to accelerate their R&D process.”

“We are very pleased with Catalyze as a partner because they have specific knowledge of the financing market for Life Sciences & Health and at national and European level they can support companies and knowledge institutions in our network with their expertise. Building consortia is something that we stimulate and bring to the public from Health Valley. “

Marc Kalf, innovation manager Health Valley
